He finds inspiration in the raw energy of public transportation hubs, where commuters hustle and bustle, each with their own story to tell. It's here, amidst the chaos of transit terminals, that Patrício's lens finds its focus, freezing moments in time that encapsulate the human experience.
Drawing parallels to the work of Andy Warhol,he embraces the concept of art imitating life, weaving a tapestry of urban narratives through his photographs. But his journey as a photographer didn't begin overnight. A lifelong lover of the visual arts, he honed his craft through years of study and exploration. After completing his education in Cinema, Video, and Photography at Lusófona University in Lisbon, he embarked on a career in the performing arts, working as a producer in theatre, contemporary dance, and film. Yet, despite his success in the industry, his passion for photography burned bright, beckoning him to forge a new path.

In 2021,he made the bold decision to pursue his lifelong passion for photography as a full-time endeavor. He dedicated himself to mastering his craft, enrolling in the IPF - Portuguese Institute of Photography Professional Course, where he graduated with distinction in July of 2023. Since then, he has immersed himself fully in the world of photography, drawing inspiration from cinematic luminaries such as Orson Welles, Ingmar Bergman, and Pedro Almodóvar.
As a member of Moments Collective, an international photography creative network based in Athens, Greece, Patrício finds camaraderie and support among fellow artists. Together, they explore the diverse tapestry of human experience, each bringing their unique perspective to the collective vision.
